This Antispyware product offers adequate protection from spyware. It utilizes Blacklist and Whitelist features. As with all other top rated programs, Trend Micro continuously monitors for any new or existing threats on your system. This product will keep your system secure from damaging spyware.
Installation
Trend Micro downloaded quickly, but there was a considerable delay until startup time.
Usability
The interface font is inconveniently small and we could not navigate the program very intuitively. Additionally, Trend Micro significantly affected our other applications, causing them to be slow and unstable.
Customer Support
Trend Micro has a toll free phone support, but in our trial we were placed on hold for over ten minutes. The online support requires you to create an account in order to ask a question, which was unnecessary and time-consuming.
